I work with people experiencing difficulties in every day life, and feel comfortable supporting those in the following areas of treatment:
Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Adjustment Disorders, Personality Disorders, and Mood Disorders.

I use the following techniques, interventions, and treatment modalities to guide my practice:
Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness based Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tenets of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Coping Skills development, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
Mental Health Counseling
I use the Good Lives Model for treatment, and provide both group and individual treatment options. I adhere to all current ATSA standards for treatment, and work only with adult male offenders.
I have a CSTOP Certification and will be accepting referrals beginning in October 2025.
Certified Sex Offender Treatment
Do you have a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD or suspect you may be neurodivergent? I have many years of experience supporting those with Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual or Developmental disabilities live a confident, and independent lifestyle.
